Join us for our debut Holistic First Responders Family Wellness Event on 10-4!

This event was created with the intention of providing a safe space for first responders and their families to restore, reconnect, and rise together.

Our debut Holistic First Responders wellness event is designed to give back to the everyday heroes who give us everything. Firefighters, EMTs, law enforcement, and their families endure high stress, long hours, and silent burdens that often go unseen. This gathering offers an opportunity to step out of survival mode and into a supportive environment of healing, education, connection, and renewal.

What to Expect ~ • Educational Presentation & Nervous System Regulation Training John Kelly, retired Firefighter and Founder of Holistic First Responders, will open the event with a powerful educational presentation on the unseen costs of service and the importance of nervous system regulation and detoxification for resilience and longevity. He’ll also guide the group in a practical take-home regulation technique that can be used anytime, anywhere. → A QR code will be available at the end for those ready to schedule a personalized 1:1 coaching call.

• Sound Healing and Vocal Performance by chart-topping recording artist, and holistic wellness advocate Michelle Langone

Michelle, a local recording artist and sound healer who is now officially joining the Holistic First Responders team as the Executive Operations Partner, will lead the group into a meditative, para-sympathetic state with her voice and crystal sound bowls, creating space for deep release and renewal. During this immersion, she’ll sing her top 40 radio hit soul-pop anthem “Breath of Life” to carry participants deeper into restoration and regenerative healing.

• Nutritious Snacks Provided - Claudia, John's lovely wife, will provide a delicious, nourishing buffet-style snack spread.

Why This Matters ~ This is more than an event—it’s the beginning of a movement. First responders and their families often carry silent stress that builds over time, leading to burnout, illness, and disconnection. We believe no one should have to face that unraveling alone. Our mission is to bring proven tools for resilience, recovery, and wholeness into the hands and homes of those who serve.
